Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes, you can always upgrade from BASIS to DRIFT or PREMIUM. The upgrade takes effect from the next billing period. Contact us to learn more.
Does the service also cover battery and HEMS?
Yes, all packages monitor your entire energy system incl. solar, battery, inverter and HEMS. The PREMIUM package also includes full HEMS support with battery optimization, smart load control and live dashboard access.
What happens if a fault occurs?
With BASIS you get an alarm and push notification. With DRIFT the fault is detected early via AI, and you are contacted proactively. With PREMIUM we respond the same day, coordinate with an electrician and follow up until the problem is resolved.
Is there a commitment on the service packages?
No, there is no commitment beyond 3 months notice. You can cancel or change your package at any time.
What is included in the annual review?
The annual review includes physical inspection of panels, cables and mounting system, check of inverter and battery, HEMS system function, energy production vs. expected performance, and a report with findings and recommendations.
